Can your multi-day tours be customised, or are the itineraries fixed?

A published route can be adapted or a bespoke proposal can be prepared, but not every detail is movable. Driving time, tickets, hotel and supplier availability and access rules set limits, and the written itinerary will show the confirmed arrangements.

How much do your multi-day tours cost?

Due to the vast variation in the different multi-day tours we embark on, costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. However, we believe in providing clear and transparent pricing as far as possible, so please see our ready-made multi-day tour packages for an approximation.

How far can a multi-day tour travel in a day?

Daily distance is planned around the route, road conditions and enough time at the places you came to see. We will show the proposed driving in the itinerary rather than apply a site-wide mileage promise to every trip.

Do you offer transport options for both small and large groups?

Send the passenger count, luggage and route before booking. The written quote will name the available vehicle and capacity; a Mercedes, minibus or other transport is included only when it is stated there.

Do you offer airport and hotel pick up services?

Hotel, airport or cruise-terminal pickup depends on the location, date and vehicle availability. Send the arrival details and first destination so the collection can be confirmed in writing.

How many days do you need for a tour of England?

The answer depends on the route and how long you want at each place. Share the priorities and arrival and departure points, and the proposal will show realistic driving days rather than promise that a fixed list fits comfortably into two or three days. Our 23 day journey across Britain is one longer example, not a duration rule for every trip.

Are hotels included on a multi-day private tour?

Only when the written quote names the property or accommodation standard, room, meals, taxes, price, payment route and cancellation terms. You may instead book your own hotel; the booking should make responsibility clear either way. The hotels and private tours page explains the arranged option.

Can a multi-day tour start and finish in different cities?

A different start and finish may be possible when the route and onward journey support it. Send both locations with your dates and we will confirm what can be arranged in the proposal.

Can you do England and Scotland in one trip?

Yes, and it is a common request. The practical question is how much of the time you want to spend driving between the two, so most itineraries either fly or take the train for the long leg and tour privately at each end. If Scotland is the part you care most about, our Scotland tours show what a few days up there can hold.

What is the best tour of England?

There is no single answer, and anyone who gives you one is selling something. It depends on how long you have and what you came for: ancient history points you west to Stonehenge and Bath, royal history to Windsor and Hampton Court, and countryside to the Cotswolds.
