A limited edition tour is tied to a fixed public event or seasonal date rather than offered throughout the year. The organiser’s current conditions decide how the event itself works, while your Best UK Tours quote must separately state the transport, guiding, collection and other services included.

The date may be unusual, but that does not make venue access private or exclusive. Read the organiser’s current information first, then ask us to confirm the bookable package in writing.

The summer solstice at Stonehenge is a managed public gathering run by English Heritage. It takes place overnight around a date and timetable published for that year, and everyone attending must follow the current conditions of entry.

This is not a quiet private Stone Circle Experience. English Heritage warns visitors to expect crowds, darkness, uneven ground, changeable weather, heavy traffic and queues. Managed Open Access brings the public gathering into the monument field, but the stones must not be touched or climbed.

A fixed event date leaves less flexibility than an ordinary tour, so it is sensible to ask about transport and accommodation early. Event access and Best UK Tours availability are separate: an enquiry or transport booking does not create exclusive venue access.

For the Stonehenge summer solstice, follow English Heritage’s own booking, parking, public-transport and entry instructions for the year you attend. Your written Best UK Tours quote should then cover only the services we have confirmed.

If you want to build a longer trip around the fixed date, include the hotels and other regions in the enquiry. Each collection, transfer and overnight stop should appear in the written proposal before it is treated as part of the booking.
