Later in the day, the tour returns closer to the coast to visit Malahide Castle. The setting is quieter and more relaxed, with gardens and walking paths that make it easy to spend time here without feeling rushed.

If time allows, the return journey takes in the Howth Peninsula, where the road rises to reveal wide views across Dublin Bay and out towards the Irish Sea, an easy, scenic finish to the day before returning to the city.
